pdbqt files preparation for Vina

Dear all,
is there a way to prepare pdbqt files without the Autodock Tools (ADT) ? ADT does not work yet on M1 Apple computer so I need a different way to prepare the files.

Yes, there are some python scripts but the problem is how would you define binding pocket on the protein?
