Scope of Collaboration

  1. Research Areas: I specialize in bioinformatics pipelines, database development, molecular docking, protein-ligand interactions, machine learning applications in bioinformatics, and genome analysis. Projects in these areas are particularly welcome.
  2. Support Offered: Depending on the project, I can provide guidance on project design, methodology, data analysis, and manuscript preparation.

General Expectations

  1. Originality: Projects should be novel and aligned with the latest advancements in bioinformatics.
  2. Commitment: Regular updates and discussions are expected to ensure the project progresses smoothly.
  3. Acknowledgment: As a collaborator or guide, my contributions should be appropriately acknowledged in any publications.

Authorship and Citation

  1. Co-Authorship: I should be listed as a co-author in papers resulting from collaborative projects where I have made a substantial contribution.
  2. Co-Corresponding Authorship: For projects where I guide throughout the dissertation/thesis, I should be listed as a co-corresponding author.
