I’m Sunidhi, a Ph.D. student at the Central University of Himachal Pradesh. Ma’am, I’m writing you with hope. I’m working on POVME 3.0 for the calculation of the pocket area of protein trajectories but I’m getting an error again and again. I have searched for the error also but cant find any help. there is not any tutorial available for the software. Kindly help me regarding the issue. The error is as follows:
ValueError: zero-size array to reduction operation minimum which has no identity
