First International Quiz

We are pleased to announce Bioinformatics Review 1st International Quiz. This is an extensive Bioinformatics Quiz that involves submission of a detailed answer on “Application of Bioinformatics in ________(Subject area of your choice)” and answering questions to be put up on our Facebook Page during the quiz duration(4th June to 19th June). The participants have to send the answer in a descriptive form with references by 19th of June. the best entry will be published and awarded a cash prize of Rs 500, and a certificate from the board of editors.
Tariq is a professional Software Developer at IQL. His areas of expertise include algorithm design, phylogenetics, MicroArray, Plant Systematics, and genome data analysis. If you have questions, reach out to him via Researchgate.
Dr. Pant is a researcher with keen interest in software driven analysis of DNA/Protein sequence data for taxonomic, phylogenetic and other homology based studies. Currently he is involved in understanding Microbial diversity using Next generation sequencing approaches and Analysis of sequence and metagenomic datasets using computational biology approaches. He is presently engaged with undergraduate teaching as an Assistant Professor in University of Delhi
Muniba is a Bioinformatician based in the South China University of Technology. She has cutting edge knowledge of bioinformatics tools, algorithms, and drug designing. When she is not reading she is found enjoying with the family. Know more about Muniba
Professionally a teacher and passionately a researcher, Fozail is a Bioinformatician. He has worked on Molecular Evolution as a UGC project fellow in Dyal Singh College, University of Delhi. His area of research include Systems Biology, Biological Networking, Mathematical Modelling etc.
Dr Arun Kumar Maurya is a researcher and author working as assistant professor in Dyal Singh College, University of Delhi. Dr. Maurya received M.Phil and Ph.D in Botany with specialization in Plant Physiology and Biochemistry. He teaches Bioinformatics to undergraduate students. He holds a degree in Law and a Diploma in Intellectual Property Right Laws (PGDIPRL) from National Law School of India University (NLSIU), Bangalore. Other than Law and Science, He has a zeal for wildlife photography.
