Error while trying to open Autodock tools

I am getting an error while trying to open Autodock tools. I have added their aliases in bashrc file but still getting the following error:

It seems like you lack tk-dev on your system which is not configured for Python. You first download this using the following command and then create aliases:
$ sudo apt-get install tk-dev
